Zeopard Social

Social Media is becoming non-negotiable for every organisation and every event they organise. However, there are many senior and junior staff within these organisations who are still either fearful or dismissive of social media.

At a time when customers demand relationships with companies and brands through Social Media channels, it is vitally important that these skills are harnessed to deliver optimum customer experience. Zeopard Social offers consultancy services to businesses, individuals and events, using uniquely developed IP to assist in identifying what and how Social Media needs to be used.

Jennie can serve a number of roles with social media:

Zeopard Social helps to identify strategies for your leaders, senior executives and directors, tailor making a Social Media approach that will deliver on both the individual and their organisation’s aspirations and goals.  Aware of the specialised environments in which companies work, Zeopard takes into account the particular pressures and legal constraints they operate under.

Press Blogger

Jennie is increasingly becoming involved at events as a press blogger. For the last few years she has attended Oracle Openworld #OOW in San francisco and the Microsoft partner Conference as a commentator on Customer Experience and tech issues. Her work can be found on Twitter, in her blog and in publications including Computerworld NZ and the National Business Review as well as HRINZ Magazine and other publications. At OOW2013 she featured in the top 10 social media influencers at the conference, not bad in a conference of 60,000 people!

“Jennie was a breath of fresh air at the December 2012 World Business Capability Conference in Auckland NZ as both a speaker of presence, professionalism and thought provocation but also in her Social Media Socialite role I would assert.

Many Congress attendees were new to social media. Jennie was patient and methodical helping participants set-up profiles and helping them send their first tweets. Jennie was also a prolific and intelligent tweeter, supporting speakers by sharing their work with humour and empathy and helping people in other streams share the learning while not in the room. She also Tweeted / helped me whilst in the auditorium, when a speaker said a somehwhat puzzling assertion. Talk about being in tune with the audience.

I would recommend Jennie to anyone across culturally diverse and complex environments globally and are looking for an intelligent, energetic and ethical pair of hands, to increase social media use at their meetings, conferences or conventions.

Love your work Jennie.”
